RootResolve™ in Action: Five Zones, Three Different Constraints

A five-zone RootResolve™ assessment showed that one blanket treatment would have missed the real problems: nutrient drawdown in the hay field, acidity and likely compaction in the pasture, and drainage limitations beneath the failed sage. Aurum converted those differences into zone-specific actions and avoided unnecessary inputs where fertility was not the problem.

Sudan Grass: When Irrigation Water Is the Limiting Factor

Integrated soil, biological, and water analysis showed that severe salinity, sodium, and chloride stress were compounding low organic matter and limited microbial biomass. Aurum turned an establishment problem into a prioritized plan for water management, carbon restoration, and targeted micronutrient correction.

Alfalfa Establishment Under Severe Salinity

Testing separated soil limitations from an even more acute irrigation-water problem, including extreme salinity, sodium, and chloride. The result was a clear remediation sequence focused first on water management, then soil carbon and micronutrient constraints—not a generic fertility program.

Healthy Soil Biology, Hidden Water Risk

The garden had a robust microbial community, but severely saline irrigation water and an anomalous copper result posed the real management risks. Aurum helped preserve what was already working biologically while redirecting attention toward water management and targeted copper investigation.

From Former Landfill to Future Park: A Soil Restoration Roadmap

At a proposed City of El Paso park site, Aurum identified critically low organic matter, depleted microbial biomass, absent mycorrhizal fungi, alkaline conditions, and salt stress. The assessment gave the project team a clear remediation pathway and quantitative baseline for preparing the site for future planting and tracking recovery.
